At Mod Vintage, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review this policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (orders placed after this time are processed the next business day)

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
If a customer places an incorrect order (wrong item, size, or color), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return Method
All returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-store returns for online purchases at this time.
Return Shipping Label
A return shipping label is provided with every order or upon request.
- If the return is due to our error or a defective item, return shipping is covered by us.
- If the return is due to a customer placing an incorrect order, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our customer support team to request a new one.
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Email the photos to our customer support team
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Without sufficient proof of damage, we may be unable to issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original order and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.
